I joined ASOS in 2015 as Project Manager, where I led the development and implementation of a formal change management process and governance to customer care. I also introduced and improved governance meetings and roles to manage delivery whilst additionally directing change activities associated with peak trading periods.In July 2017, I was promoted to the role of Senior Project Manager / Programme Manager where I have successfully established the organisation’s PMO function in customer care and led delivery of the customer care change programme. In addition, I directed a complex programme to deliver the customer care strategy which involved automating the refund process for 1200 global advisors whilst additionally reviewing 3rd party contracts to close several inflight projects. In my current capacity, I am accountable for leading a team of Project Managers and Analysts.

I was initially hired as Project Manager for the PMO to lead delivery of multiple projects encompassing network access cost savings, free cash-flow finance initiatives, legal entity consolidation and integration of new financial and taxation platforms. Most notably, I delivered cost savings of over £1m through executing Access projects and additionally delivered a free cash flow project to enable to business unit to deliver key financial results. In October 2012, I joined client facing projects where I led a team of 6 global Project Managers through the end to end delivery of a £multi-million portfolio of projects for clients including Reckitt Benckiser (£3m) and Ogilvy & Mather (£1m). During this period, I also delivered a major sales transformation programme to target additional revenue of £5m and I was seconded to the Ministry of Justice bid team with a total order value of £31.6m to BT Conferencing.Following this, I was promoted to the role of Senior Project Manager of Technical Services and Operations where I was responsible for leading delivery of product launches and programmes for the £300m business. I led a team of 2 Project Managers to industrialise BT’s infrastructure (£6.9m budget) and additionally delivered Dolby Conference Phone and Dolby Cisco WebEx integration products on time and within budget.
