I am an advocate of the High Court of Kenya. I have practiced in various areas of law and specifically in intellectual property (IP) law, in protection and enforcement of trademarks, patents, copyright and industrial designs, commercial aspects of IP such as IP licensing, due diligence, legal advisory on IP rights and IP litigation.I am experienced in protection of the various IP rights in East and Central Africa as well as both regional and international registration systems such as the Madrid, ARIPO and OAPI. I have represented clients in IP matters from various sectors including manufacturing, retail, food & beverage, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications and media. I was recognized by Managing IP stars in its 2019 rankings as a notable IP practitioner.My other areas of legal practice and interest include:Research and legal drafting;Information and technology law; General corporate and commercial Law; Data protection and privacy law; andReal estate and Property law.I am highly motivated, self-driven and eager to learn.
