In charge of transcripts and works in collaboration with the Office Québécois de la Langue Française (OQLF).- Serves as a vital member of the Health & Safety Committee, striving to uphold and promote a secure and healthy work environment for all employees.- Fulfills a pivotal role in the Birks Cybersecurity Committee, spearheading cybersecurity onboarding initiatives for both new and returning staff members.- Takes charge of maintaining and updating the Birks' Intranet platform, ensuring timely updates to the What's New section and other pertinent links to meet evolving organizational requirements.- Creates visually engaging assets for internal events, celebrations, and the ADP platform, enhancing company-wide engagement and communication.- Develops bilingual surveys utilizing Microsoft Forms, tailored to address employees' specific requests and needs, fostering active participation and feedback.- Manages Birks' loyalty program, including the distribution of service anniversary gift cards, recognizing and rewarding employee loyalty and dedication.- Streamlines the business card process for requesting employees, ensuring efficient and professional representation of the Birks brand.- Responsible for reaching out to references of candidates being considered, inquiring about their professional backgrounds, skillsets, and past work experiences.
