Supervising Training Specialist - Testing & Data Reports Manager for NERIC ( Northeast Regional Information Center) at Capital Region BOCES. Assisting 500 schools with assessments, instructional data and educational interventions.Previously an Instructional Coach, Tech Integration Specialist and professional developer at Jefferson-Lewis BOCES working with PK-12 teachers and students to improve achievement in ELA, Literacy, and Math. I was also responsible for professional development for the Mentor Program at BOCES.Prior to this, I was a Regional Coach for Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment working with districts who are participating in the STLE3 (Strengthening Teacher Leader Effectiveness) and Teaching is the Core Grants through the New York State Education Department. I also continue to be a regional resource for Common Core Mathematics PK - 12.For the 2013-14 school year I was the Interim Principal of West Carthage Elementary School. This was my internship through SUNY Oswego's CAS program. I have been directly responsible for 450 students, 33 teachers, and 17 Support and custodial staff. I have upheld the Regents Reform Agenda with regards to Teacher/Leader Effectiveness, Data Driven Instruction, and the Common Core.During 2012-13, I was a Network Team member of the Jefferson- Lewis BOCES. I received over 200 hours of training in the Common Core with an emphasis in mathematics. I also received approximately 60 hours of training in Inter-rater reliability and evaluation using the Danielson Rubric.
