With 300 employees it generates a turnover of 65 Mio. EUR.I was in charge of all Finance & Controlling, HR, IT, Administration and legal matters. I took over the responsibility of the whole business in Brazil on an interim basis from November 2016 till January 2017. I had to manage at the same time a growing business in Mexico and a deep economic crisis in Brazil.

EUR.I was in charge of Finance, Controlling, IT, HR, Legal and Administration. My responsibilities meant support the company very rapid growth and help bring it to a positive cash and profit situation.

Webasto Roof Systems China Ltd is a holding company located in Hong Kong with subsidiairies in China (Shanghai, Changchung, Chongqing). All of them are production sites for sunroofs for cars that generated at that time sales of 130 Mio. EUR.In China I was responsible for the Finance & Controlling in all companies. My main targets were to reduce the working capital and to make sure the companies comply with Chinese regulations as well as with the group rules.

EUR and a number of employees above 6000.As a Manager Reporting & Methods I was responsible for the defintion of all financial reporting rules, methods, systems and processes. I was also in charge of the financial data collection and consolidation, providing financial data to the top management, the Board of Directors and the auditors.
