Postdoctoral fellowship funded by the Fonds de recherche du Québec – Nature et technologies, hosted by Prof. Dominique Berteaux and the Canada Research Chair in Northern BiodiversityTasks included:- Compiling biological and ecological data on the movements of Arctic fox juveniles in Scandinavia- Estimating the dispersal abilities of Arctic foxes and their implication for conservation efforts

Post-PhD contract at the Institut Pluridisciplinaire Hubert Curien, to analyze data on the physiological ecology of Adélie penguins and write research manuscripts.

PhD work included:- collecting and analyzing biological and ecological data about the reproduction of Adélie penguins- organizing and participating in fieldwork at the French research station Dumont d'Urville in Antarctica, including hiring and training of field personnel- writing funding proposals, permit applications, research manuscripts - communicating results to various audiences- organizing a student conference, in charge of funding (18k€ from various funding sources to cover the conference costs and the housing of 100 student attendees)Fieldwork in Antarctica was carried out within the ECOPHY research project led by Dr. Yvon Le Maho, with logistical and financial support from the French Polar Institute.
