About Anne Meixner
I am a semiconductor test expert and I have 30 years’ experience as an engineer and technical leader. With 25+ years in the semiconductor test industry I honed my expertise in test technology at Intel Corporation. I founded The Engineers’ Daughter to consult on semiconductor testing and to contribute to engineers' career development.I can work with you to improve your test approaches or advise on how to test new technologies.• New to analog and mixed-signal test- let me help with my 25 years’ experience in this area• Wondering how to assess analog fault coverage- let me guide you on the approaches & tools• Need training on VLSI testing- let me design a class specific to your organizations needs• Curious about new test standards - let's determine the impact to your test strategyAt Intel I focused on bringing new test technologies to ease manufacturing test costs while maintaining or improving test coverage. I effectively proved new test methods which impact manufacturing test with empirical data and drove adoption via presentations, documentation and training. I accomplished this work by successfully applying collaboration skills- connecting people and connecting knowledge across engineering teams. To pass on my experience to the next generation of engineers I provide skill based training to support career growth. Delivery mechanisms include presentations & webinars, group coaching and 1:1 coaching. I have a focus on both aspects of technical communication as these skills provide an essential foundation to an engineer's success. To promote the craft of engineering I write, collect and curate engineering stories with a team of freelancers.
