As a postdoctoral fellow at University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, I conduct cutting-edge research on the molecular mechanisms of intestinal development and disease. I have a PhD in Cell and Developmental Biology from Vanderbilt University, where I investigated the role of oxidative stress response and the innate immune system in the development of precancerous lesions in the stomach. I have extensive experience in data analysis (using tools such as CellProfiler, ImageJ, Imaris, R, Python, and GraphPad Prism), and have published multiple peer-reviewed papers in prestigious journals. I am passionate about advancing the knowledge and understanding of the complex and dynamic processes that regulate the formation and maintenance of the gut epithelium, and how they are disrupted in various pathological conditions. I am also committed to collaborating with other researchers and clinicians in the fields of gastroenterology, immunology and oncology and disseminating my findings to the broader scientific community. My goal is to leverage my skills and expertise to contribute to the development of novel diagnostic and therapeutic strategies for intestinal disorders.
