I am responsible for leading and managing the delivery of correctional services at the Dame Phyllis Frost Centre to achieve the safe custody, welfare and rehabilitation of prisoners in accordance with the relevant policies and standards. This includes building and maintaining partnerships with key service partners including health service providers, unions, rehabilitation services, community corrections and reintegration and transition supports to ensure an integrated approach to meeting the welfare and rehabilitation needs of prisoners. I am responsible for driving the prison towards achieving its vision and direction in line with legislation through a human rights lens, identifying and responding to emerging strategic issues and developing and implementing business plans.

Operations lead for the design and delivery of the new 1500 bed prison in Gatton

Establishment, leadership and delivery of custodial system projects.

The focus of this role is to ensure the Commissioner is able to coordinate her broad range of functions and abilities. The key priorities include management of the office, budget and staff; general counsel to the Commissioner; relationship management with the Minister's office; and investigation and management of issues as requested by the Commissioner

In this role I provided advice and direction for QCS prisoner placement options and logistics across centres and regions. I also provided strategic direction for senior managers to ensure prison capacity is effectively utilised.The role operationally manages and forecasts bed availability. Working with Sentence Management and Centre staff across the state, I coordinated placement for difficult to manage prisoners.

The focus of this role was the oversight all projects/programs in Custodial Operations. It was tasked with managing the delivery of projects, operational planning and strategic communications. It also provided strategic support to Deputy Commissioner, Custodial Operations.

My role was to oversight the $440 million redevelopment at Lotus Glen for a short period whilst the position was advertised.I focused on the stability of relationships with all parties including Dept of Public Works and Thiess, as well as the organizational culture aspects to engage and bring the centre staff with me

My role was to manage the business mapping and implementation of the computer program used to manage prisoners across Queensland.

In this role I was responsible for the design, development and delivery of training in IOMS for all Queensland Corrective Services staff across the state.
