I am a true L&D generalist with experience practically applying each stage of the learning cycle. L&D is my passion - I love empowering learners to improve their awareness, grow in confidence, realising and achieving their potential. I am a qualified NVQ assessor, internal and external verifier, conduct external QA for ILM and I am a Lead Assessor with the National ILM Assessment Team (ILMA). I have also recently been appointed as an Independent End Point Assessor for ILM. Another facet of my work is that I am an Investors in People Practitioner, carrying out Assessment and Consultancy services to organisations in the North of England.
