Currently work as Senior QA Engineer on an agile team using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Scrum methodology, supporting our Stop Loss line of business. Responsible for component and end to end testing and tracking of testing via Jira. Participate in daily stand ups, sprint planning, story pointing and bi-weekly retrospectives. Prior to current project, worked as QA lead on various projects, coordinating teams of up to 16 QA Analysts. Responsible for the overall test effort, including estimating, test planning, work assignment, reporting and tracking of progress. Created Jira dashboards and reports for communication of project status to Senior Leadership.Worked on the roll out of Jira, developing standards for usage by QA. Participated in taskforce for roll out of Jira to the IT organisation. Involved in the introduction of branch testing via Git to QA which greatly enhanced our environment agnostic testing capabilities.Previously I worked on the data reporting team making extensive use of SQL to verify data integrity of code output.
