As a Public Health expert, my work is centered on strengthening health systems, including community health systems, shaping public health policy, health services delivery, advancing health equity to address complex health challenges and empower healthier populations through programs, policy, advocacy, strategic partnerships, and resource mobilization.As a Program Director, I have provided the vision and strategy to guide and oversee large scale programs on Reproductive, Maternal, Newborn, Child and Adolescent Health (RMNCAH), Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (including Family Planning), HIV/AIDS and TB, Nutrition, Malaria and WASH among other program areas, spearheading projects from inception to impact, forging strategic partnerships, and driving successful resource mobilization, underpinned by expertise in fostering collaborations and advocating for evidence-based policies and programs.I have led the design and roll out of innovative maternal and newborn health delivery models, digital health solutions to shape health access and strengthen community health systems – such as chatbots and online platforms to facilitate the delivery of adolescent and youth sexual and reproductive health services, and a mobile application to improve collection and dissemination of health data.As a Change Agent and Health expert, I have influenced policy discussions and the formulation of various health policies including, the National Adolescent Reproductive Health and Development Policy 2023-2028, the National Adolescent and Youth Development Policy, Community Health Services Bills, and the School Health Policy while working with senior levels of Government, private and public sector stakeholders, donors, civil society, and community based organizations.

I also served on a stretch assignment in South Africa to help design MNCH and WASH programs.
