Oversees 42 sales associates at ArtStreet Cafe, a division of Flyer Enterprises. Responsibilities include interviewing potential candidates, creating the weekly schedule, planning employee bonding events, posting weekly on the Instagram, brainstorming promotions and marketing ideas, working collaboratively with the management team, enforcing divisional policies, training newly hired sales associates, preparing the Cafe for opening, attending meetings regularly, receiving feedback from sales associates, and working towards high employee and customer satisfaction. Demands 10-15 hours per week.

12-week summer intern program with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Cincinnati Ohio. Worked daily in the Rent-A-Car division at a recently opened branch with a team of four coworkers. Provided a positive experience with our services to encourage returning customers.Worked an average of 45 hours per week. Learned sales techniques when selling protection plans, increased comfortability having difficult conversations while actively providing solutions, and strengthened customer service skills. Awarded “Intern of the Summer” Scholarship Award based on great performance at Enterprise.

Worked as a server, greeting customers, delivering friendly customer service, and gained many customer-service skills. Also worked in the drive-thru, responsibilities included communicating to the customer to ensure accuracy of orders, making sure everything is completed in a timely manner, developed the ability to remain calm in stressful situations, and learned how to multi-task effectively. Received the status of Employee of the Month and was promoted to a Certified Trainer after one year of service.

Collaborated along with the two other New Member Educators to create an uplifting, professional experience for the New Members of Epsilon Nu Tau.Guided 21 new members through an extensive 8-week New Member process, ensuring they complete the necessary tasks to become initiated. Requirements include being a welcoming, professional, personable, and hardworking individual.Attend Chapter every Sunday and participate in professional and service events.

Epsilon Nu Tau is a professional co-education college fraternity for students interested in Entrepreneurship. The three tiers of Epsilon Nu Tau include professionalism, service, and social. As New Member President, had the responsibility of helping the chair positions to plan important events as well as informing fellow brothers of the status of the new member’s chapters every Sunday. Attended Chapter every Sunday and participated in professional and service events.
