As Founder, President, and CEO of Charitable Ventures, I work with dedicated individuals and organizations to plan and develop community initiatives, change narratives around community needs, and drive programmatic and development efforts of both private and public stakeholders.Charitable Ventures is a regional nonprofit incubator and social impact consulting firm that aims to help strengthen and sustain the nonprofit sector. I advocate for the mission of Charitable Ventures and the organizations we serve by providing leadership and organizational assessment support to executives and boards to create the most impact.Before building Charitable Ventures, I founded The Olin Group, a for-profit consulting firm that served organizations in Southern California. We specialized in organizational development, capacity building, program and fund development, strategic planning, foundation and grants management, and communication support for nonprofit organizations.At every point in my career, the most successful challenges are when I lean into the passionate people who want to take on seemingly intractable social issues and say “I want to tackle that.”
