Engaged public-sector employers, labor union representatives and health care industry stakeholders, oversaw multi-year health care plan quality evaluations, request-for-proposal development, review and coordination of a pharmacy benefit management program for nearly 100,000 covered lives, RFP development for ancillary employee benefits, and worked with health care insurance and pharmaceutical companies to deliver innovative targeted health care programs to employers.

Ongoing role as Pennsylvania Steel Alliance workforce development program manager, successfully secured and managed in excess of $2 million in steel manufacturing workforce development training grants including a heavy manufacturing pre-apprenticeship program, and fiscal manager.
