Beta user NPS improved 115% and early non-beta user days active per month increased 51% and assessments started are up 55%.- Pivoted with content, data analytics, business, and marketing teams to renorm, resequence, and publish 11 full length digital MCAT practice exams to reflect the shortened exam offered during 2020.Implemented evergreen notifications to increase attendance at live online workshops and to drive fieldtest item usage for internal psychometric research which also improve student outcomes and satisfaction.- Partner with third-party test makers (AAMC, LSAC, NCSBN, etc), software solutions (Salesforce, Tableau), and internal business lines to support current products and iterate on functionalities provided to students as well as managing test change rollouts and single-sign on to official exams.- Organized and tested styling updates to learning management system to provide a streamlined, personalized experience for students.

- Managed and iterated on processes to screen and onboard ~300 part-time faculty and brand ambassadors per year.
