My role is managing the partnership 9 Palms Consulting have with Salesforce. Why are our team not all over Linkedin? 2 surfers in 2016 over the waves in 9 Palms in Baha were discussing how much recruitment has changed. Our founders worked for years recruiting with Google and Apple. One of their biggest mutual takeaways was the lack of relationships and overuse of job boards. People hardly talk any more and relationships are transactional. With the combination of the explosive market of Salesforce and a getting back to basic principles of recruitment; 9 Palms Consulting was created! We push ‘traditional’ methods that we are told are boring and old school! Going for lunches, coffees ,building true relationships and giving back to charities! So unlike nearly every other recruitment company you won't find us all over here and the job boards. We push to not have our team on social platforms and build “true networks” and referrals. What does our team like to do? Solve clients issues with great Salesforce consultants as efficiently as possible...and then we can get back to surfing (which is where we want to be!) .
