Lead project team of 44 employees to provide Training & Education Development (TED) services to support USA Combined Arms Support Command (CASCOM) Sustainment Center of Excellence (SCoE), Quartermaster (QM), Transportation (TC), Ordnance (OD), and Army Logistics Unviersity functional areas at Fort Lee, Virginia.

Program Manager for Navy Expeditionary Combat Command (NECC) Central Issue Facility (CIF) with inventory exceeding $200,000,000.00 managing 50 employees at three (3) diverse locations in Yorktown, Virginia, Suffolk, Virginia and San Diego, California. Provide managerial oversight responsibility for all outfitting and inventory management functional requirements (procure, receive, stow and issue) to include Infantry Combat Equipment (ICE)/Personal Gear Issue (PGI) of body armor, helmets and organizational clothing (camouflage utility uniforms, boots, etc.) at all sites. Maintain inventory management and outfitting services for all subordinate commands within the Hampton Roads area.

Led efforts to integrate Army sustainment capabilities, transportation and logistics requirements to support the Joint Capabilities Integration & Development System (JCIDS) program. Provided daily support within Ground Mobility Operations and led projects to integrate transportation and logistics requirements for concepts and doctrine, tactics, techniques and procedures, organizational designs, and life cycle system management in support of the materiel acquisition process. Coordinated Army level staff actions to ensure successful execution of significant Army/Joint program Decision Points (DP) and Tactical Wheel Vehicle (TWV) Studies. Prepared, planned, monitored, analyzed, reviewed and integrated results of studies, analyses, field tests, evaluations and experiments related to requirements and capabilities development of assigned transportation and logistics systems. Convened and participated in working groups from coordinating ARCIC RID activities, other services, industry, HQDA, Program Executive Offices/program managers, US Army Materiel Command, other ACOMS, TRADOC subordinate Centers of Excellence (COE) and Branch Proponents to ensure requirements are met for Army transportation and logistics operations. Provided support to Army 2020 by leading and participating in TWV Strategy efforts to support the Commanding General, TRADOC and the Chief of Staff of the Army (CSA) established goals and priorities. Prepared briefing presentations and professional correspondence to support General Officer Steering Committees (GOSC) and multiple senior leader engagements.
