I was responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of events at Speechmatics. I strategised on which events we attended and hosted, delivered on all logistics and additional marketing around events. Regions covered: EMEA and USA.• Ensure events are delivered on time and within budget and brief whilst liaising with third party vendors, negotiate and contract to obtain the best possible rates and terms• Project manage each event, including travel arrangements, catering, accommodation, venue liaison, AV, ground handlers, suppliers, and social events• Faculty and delegate management, including organisation of briefing calls, rehearsals, pre-recordings, tech rehearsals, Zoom backgrounds, etc.• Communicate with clients and internal team and provide regular status reports about ongoing projects• Create clear even briefs establish clear roles and responsibilities for the onsite team• Created a clear process for data capture from onsite briefing with detailed notes, tracking through the marketing and sales funnel and communicating with BDR team to ensure efficient event lead follow up.• Use of Salesforce to track pipeline and determine ROI.• Sourcing and securing speaking opportunities for the SLT

I ran four Slimming World groups with seven individual sessions, averaging 200+ members each week. Groups continued to run virtually throughout 2020 and 2021 lockdown periods. Experienced in logistics management and coordinating suppliers, clients and end users for the ultimate experiental event. Event planning and onsite management of events for additional clients including Guinness Surge Bar at Twickenham and Volvo Fleet events.

Managed events for the Renault UK dealer network and provided listics support and event management for Renault UK's Ride & Drive programme across the UK for five years. Also coordinated events for the Land Rover, Chevrolet / Daewoo dealership networks.
