As the Founder and CEO of Elasta Jobs, we deliver skilled HR consulting through trusted talent consultants. Since starting Elasta Jobs, I have worked with clients across industries, assembling curated teams of talent consultants to create individualized solutions for each organization. We provide strategic talent advising across topics including pay transparency, employee engagement and retention, organizational design, and recruitment strategies. I am particularly passionate about HR transformations, partnering with an organization’s HR team to evaluate people, process, and technology and create solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the HR organization.Before launching Elasta Jobs, I gained experience in Talent, Operations, and Technology Product Leadership. I started my career in HR, holding a variety of roles. After finishing my Masters in Management at Harvard University, I moved to the business side of Liberty Mutual where I oversaw several Operations teams. I also worked in product management leveraging technology and lean management practices to streamline and optimize processes and improve the customer experience. I brought my business expertise back to the Talent space in roles responsible for strategic and financial planning as well as global teams responsible for the digital employee experience. The knowledge gained through these roles positioned me well to start Elasta Jobs, a business focused on creating mutually beneficial solutions for consultants and companies. As a small business founder, I have realized first hand how difficult it is to start and run a small business. As a result, I am passionate about helping and advocating for small businesses. I joined the National Small Business Association (NSBA) leadership council, a non-partisan political advocacy organization for small businesses to do just this.I am also passionate about mental health awareness and de-stigmatization. I am proud to serve on the Board of Advocates for Bay Cove Human Services; a non-profit specialized in helping people with developmental disabilities and mental illness. I am also a proud member of Harvard Alumni for Mental Health.
