- Management of Quintiles global charge-out rates and customer specific charge-out rates for Clinical Development services by working closely with Senior Management globally - Production of analyses and proactively worked with global stakeholders to ensure the timely revision of rates as determined by MSA or any other company agreement- New global pricing system to price clinical studies, responsible:for the logistics and for training: over two years, trained + 500 staff face-to-face across clinical services lines, finance, sales, proposals and contracts for managing pricing components implemented in the tool- Driven process improvements by implementing a QC process on all pricing information included in the pricing model, followed by audits performed on budgets prepared by European contracts and proposals staff and followed by training as appropriate- One-off strategic project:Led a global algorithms and defaults' review on all service lines in the global pricing tool to ensure accurate reflection of tasks- One-off strategic project:Reduction in number of global billing rates by working closely with Global Finance which resulted in efficiencies and time saving for Global Proposals and Contracts.
