As laboratory manager at an ISTA accredited laboratory at DLF, I have management responsibility for 11 dedicated employees, whose primary task is to ensure the quality of seed analyses, so that the results meet international standards. Quality assurance and optimization of processes are central. In addition, the analysis of seeds faces development, where advanced technology, robotics and automation are in the process of implementation.
