- Led initiative to productize Clinical Trial Site & Investigator Profiles enabling Sponsors/CROs to optimize Site Selection- Built web-scrapers to curate information on 500+ physicians and 100+ oncology clinics and employed record linkage at scale to harmonize this data with EMR and Claims data. Designed and prototyped ETL process to bring in publicly available data from ClinicalTrial.gov, PubMed and CMS, utilizing Google Place Search API to facilitate record linkage - Collaboratively developed algorithm identifying top Clinical Trial Sites for patient recruitment

- Spear-headed a team of 6 people and co-ordinated across Product, Engineering, Sales and Marketing departments to deliver an end-to-end $6M research proposal bid, examining the effect of a digital wellness program intervention for a select population of the UK; UK Department of Health & Social Care awarded top marks to my team's section of the proposal- Created ETL pipelines utilizing Python, Amazon Redshift and parameterized queries to ingest custom client social determinants of health (SDoH) data; used regression modeling to assess impact of SDoH upon health risks and designed and produced an automated Powerpoint report to present this analysis for clients- Evaluated outcomes of client wellbeing program, leveraging propensity score matching to match subjects with controls; resulting analyses resulted in renewal of $7.5M client

- Project development: Informed by the scientific literature, develop testable hypotheses regarding the neural networks governing sleep and arousal. Roadmap series of executable experiments to test these hypotheses.- Project leadership: Manage small teams within the laboratory, and collaborate with other laboratory teams, to acquire and analyze time series biophysical data (electroencephalogram/ electromyogram). Mentor junior members and students within the department.- Data analysis: Data ETL followed by application of machine learning algorithms to generate insights about the data using Python/ Matlab.- Reporting: Synthesize findings into interpretable peer-reviewed reports. Orally present findings internally to both non-expert audiences and key stakeholders, and externally at national and international conferences.- Consultancy: Assist laboratories within and outside the company on the acquisition, analysis and interpretation of fiber photometry data.

Develop Python/ Matlab scripts to clean and segment scored data, create visualizations and gain insight on findings. - Reporting: Synthesize findings into interpretable peer-reviewed reports.
