Assist to provide Tooling comprehensive evaluation on Product design for Team &From New Tooling development to Introduction of Trial production. Be responsible for Following up New Tooling producing time、Quality and mold life acceptance and Tooling shipment. Tracking New samples time、Problem analysis to Final sample approval. Give improvability suggestions to OEM in production to ensure running favorably. Go to on spot to mold manufacturer or OEM to solve cases. Submitting Monthly Tooling Budget to Finance and Supervise Payment.

Description: Be charge of the whole of Mould project.A. mold drawing check conference with suppliers and customers by phone or Skype.B. Keep updating weekly schedule and machining picture to the customers.C. Lead customers to make trial and samples comments following upD. Trial samples shipping and push payment .E.Complaining Research and resolve.F. Tooling inspection together with QC department and Mold shipment.

Mange production part from PO to shipment.New prototype production run lead in after sample approval to mold release.production schedule arrangement Focusing on production part cost control schedule updating , quality monition and shipment.Lead customer to be on spot to inspect goods and guarantee ship quality parts out on time
