With over 20 years of experience in technical support, software troubleshooting, and training, I’ve learned to create effective, easy-to-understand solutions to customers’ questions. I enjoy diagnosing problems, understanding concerns, and collaborating with teammates to improve processes and policies to best serve the customer. I worked in the hospitality industry right out of college, and to this day apply the Ritz Carlton motto of "We are ladies and gentlemen serving ladies and gentlemen" along with their credo including "I own and immediately resolve guest problems". I've embraced these beliefs and feel that they've made me successful professionally as well as personally.
