I am a student of Ecology and Environmental science focusing in sustainability and minoring in Economics at the University of Maine. I wish to expand my knowledge of how society, the economy, and the environment are all interconnected. All opportunities hold potential to allow me to grow my knowledge and help further my personal goals. Working at Blue Hill heritage taught me about community outreach and trail maintenance, which allowed me to understand what the community wants and how much physical labor goes into trail work. Working as an event server taught me how to communicate and work long hours. While working as a lifeguard taught me how to be observant and patient.
