• Designed and implemented the Victorian Health system’s Leadership strategy “LINK In Health” suite of programs targeting CEOs, Executive, Directors and Managers. LINK in Health programs continue as a key leadership development strategy for the state of Victoria. Includes capability framework and design of programs to support four tiers of leadership, associated collateral and evaluation strategy. • Developed and implemented an Executive Leadership Development Program for upcoming CEOs and continues to run as the flagship development programs for the state.• Provided expert advice on organisation development, change, management & leadership to Victorian Health Services Management Innovation Council, and support to a DH branch in restructure transition resulting in a capability, change management and communication plans being developed.

Enjoyed a high level of autonomy, resulting in lifting the boutique style consultancy service to a strategic business support unit. Completed leadership and management development frameworks and suite of programs to support managers and leaders at different levels, embedding the use of psychometrics and 360s and individual and team assessment tools and introduced new services to staff such as career planning and coaching for managers. Grew the facilitation function to support and enhance team performance and business and program planning and played significant role in organisation wide and department change.
