- Responsible for BIOS/Software/Driver management for assigned projects- Participates in the preparation, review, and analysis of Software requirements and specifications.- Provide ODMs and vendor's assessment for new product development, and manage ODMs and vendors for software development, issue management for root causing, resolution and closure through the entire cycles.- Team work with ODMs and Dell other functional teams, such as EE, BIOS, Validation, Dell internal software team and so on.- Clearly communicate project issues and status.

- Acts as an Execution Principle Development Manager (DM) to be responsible for the design, engineering schedule and development activities (such as Phase Review deliverable document(s), Services and IPS with customer issues) associated with a specific product or group (core team) of products from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life. - Manages hiring, staffing, and maintenance of a diverse and effective engineering workforce- Responsible for Mechanical, Electrical, and Software engineering leadership - Manages multiple programs across several ODMs.- Drive the successful development of solutions to solve customer problems and deliver best measureable customer ROI. - Develops engineering proposals with given broad objectives, and participates each design phase of Dell Offer Lifecycle Management Process and Design when Ready Process. - Assures assignments are completed on schedule and within costs objectives and ensured the manufacturability, reliability and serviceability of designs.- Provides resource and schedule planning inputs for different assigned projects
