Implementation and management of our enhanced 3rd party on demand program. Negotiate, draft and review our 3rd party on demand service agreements for 3rd party delivery. Reporting and tracking sales reports for executive leadership team.Negotiate and draft banquet and catering agreements. I also manage banquet collections for our Maggiano's brand.

Lead in pre-claim investigation, setting up the case for the litigation team. Primary liaison between Brinker legal, the Brinker team witnesses, internal and external counsel, and other support members managing cases and making sure all teams were on the same page regarding case strategy to bring the best results for the brand. Primary Liaison for all discovery during the litigation phase, from interrogatories to document production. Tracked down knowledgeable persons within the Brinker organization to help develop responses to the discovery. Primary Liaison for case settlement by negotiating settlements, attending settlement mediations, conferences, etc. Set the tone for how the team dealt with any given Plaintiff.

Paralegal and Property Manager for both Chili's Grill & Bar and Maggiano's Little Italy providing property advocacy support to all restaurants (leased or company owned) in the company while negotiating restaurant level agreements, managing the home delivery program, and negotiating banquet contracts. Prepared and negotiated amendments to Leases and other governing real estate agreements to include Estoppels, SNDAs, notices of defaults, etc..

Ability to operate independently on multiple tasks and take responsibility for the formulation and execution of solutions to various issues. Provided assistance and support to legal department’s transaction team in various transactions involving different structures (e.g., franchise for international and domestic, refranchising, joint venture, mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, etc.). This position combines performance tasks of both a legal secretary and paralegal. Review, preparation and distribution of relevant documentation (Purchase & Sale Agreements, Franchise Agreements, Development Agreements, etc.).
