She started off her career journey in Oil and Gas Operations where she played key roles in Project management and team building before making a career transition in 2021.As a people-centered person who is naturally empathetic, these qualities have given her an edge in the industry and helped her provide insights, drive sales and create solutions to pressing CRM problems in the work place while leveraging tools like Freshdesk, and a few others.She is a Salesforce Certified Associate and a Salesforce Certified Administrator.With an ever-burning drive for better Customer experience, she is interested in arming more organizations with the right tools to better manage customer relationships and is open to working on both long-term and short-term contracts.She also brings valuable skills like team work, collaboration, effective communication, project management, problem solving, adaptability, time management, negotiation, leadership and creativity to the work place.She is a transformational Coach with a certification from the International Association of Coaching with over 3 years experience in Coaching.She is a member of the IMMERSE Coaches Council and has provided accountability and support to over 100 people through her work. Her educational background produced two degrees; a diploma in Pure Physics, and a BSc in Geophysics.
