I work closely with farmers on agricultural environmental issues, promoting sustainable practices that benefit both farmers and the environment. I organize field meetings, webinars, and various events to spread knowledge. My duties include producing guides, instructional videos, and other informational materials to support soil health and environmental benefits. I coordinate the foundation's Swedish-speaking farmer cooperation, write project plans and grant applications, and ensure the efficient implementation of projects. I act as a substitute for the team leader when necessary.

I worked as an expert and project manager. In several projects my focus was on the environmental aspects of food production and promoting sustainable agricultural practices. I wrote reports, articles and statements. I organized and ran workshops. I strove to promote a sustainable lifestyle.

I dealt with applications for agri-environment payments. In addition, I coordinated the results of the checks carried out to verify whether farmers comply with the requirements under cross-compliance.
