I lead the national talent acquisition, recruitment marketing, and early careers functions for Farmers Insurance Group, Inc., covering multiple lines of business and locations for more than 20,000 employees.- Leads a team of Talent Acquisition professionals who support the enterprise-wide talent acquisition and talent branding efforts, including implementing a cost-effective strategy to attract, recruit, hire, and retain the best talent to achieve business results. - Manages and develops TA leadership team, consisting of TA Managers, Executive Recruiters, and Social Media Manager.- Responsible for leading full implementation of AI platform to improve recruiting process and provide efficiencies across the function.- Accountable for policy and process compliance, and effectively meeting the strategic workforce plans of multiple lines of business and multiple sites for more than 20,000 employees. - Develops and delivers on Executive recruitment business needs, finding the most effective and cost-efficient way to source and hire senior leaders.- Builds and maintains relationships with senior executives, hiring managers, HR Business Partners, Group Talent Acquisition and COE HR partners in support of acquiring talent through the recruiting and hiring process. - Coaches and develops TA Managers, Team Leads and Recruiters to deliver on hiring strategies, sourcing, and interviewing. - Leads the strategy and implementation of Farmers talent brand on all social media channels @ThisIsFarmers- Interface directly with our parent company and global partners at Zurich insurance (Switzerland) to coordinate on various Talent Acquisition initiatives.
