In this versatile role, I live onsite on a 300 acre private family ranch and organic farm were I create and perform a variety of high end hospitality services for guests and all special events as the Hospitality Manager/Server. Additionally I run the office central to all communication and operations of the property. Each day brings something new and I am at the center ensuring smooth, safe execution with clear, concise communication. I am in a primary guest facing and guest-centered role, creating top-notch recreational and F&B experiences as well as managing the five-star level service and housekeeping at this boutique property. I plan and provision for all guest visits, provide exceptional service and supervise any additional contracted hospitality staff for flawless guest stays. I liaise with the owners, ranch manager, farm manager and staff including the owners personal assistant often offering direction critical to the smooth flow of daily operations. Some of the additional areas I manage include vendor relations, procurement, purchase orders and bill payment. I am a key contributor to long term project management and forecasting. I create and maintain documentation and scheduling of land management activities needed to meet Wildlife Management designation and support Regenerative Land management protocols. I also manage all the scheduling from the maintenance on multiple high-end residences, daily animal care, guest visits, weekly staff meetings and large scale special events. Owner relations include weekly update reporting and monthly meetings where I create high level support documentation in collaboration with the Ranch Manager. I support the safety protocols on site with hosting trainings, writing SOP's and creating and updating maintenance logs for all equipment and vehicles. I occasionally jump in to support our ranch hand with horse care, building fences and collecting eggs from the chickens. There is never a dull day.
