Anne Bailey & Associates was founded in 1994 and is recognized as one of the premier qualified small women owned business providers of Automated Telecommunication Systems and Services to the Department of Defense, with over thirty years experience in the successful implementation of a wide array of health care automated systems and services.In 2003, we performed Access to Care business process reviews of twenty-six US Army Medical Treatment Facilities. These reviews resulted in a complete survey of existing appointing processes, which resulted in site-specific recommendations. Eighteen call centers were designed and successfully implemented worldwide. Each of these systems was custom designed for the facility; the designs included the parameters that directly accommodated the changing mission requirements. An important component of this project was to ensure reporting metrics were in line with established guidelines.Other Representative Projects include:• Designed and implemented an Interactive Voice Response system for the U.S. Army Printing & Publications Command, this system allows personnel world wide to order any publication, assuming valid security check, twenty-four hours per day. Callers are given the choice of speaking to various customer service groups.• Various call center design and implementations. Beginning with the initial customer access process and ending in complete caller satisfaction all provided by one telephone call. Customer friendly telephone-etiquette training is also available.• Cost effective predictive dialing system design, interacting with various database management systems.• In the late 1980s we designed the first automated call-in appointment system. This solution was deployed throughout Tactical Air Command and at sixteen US Army medical facilities.
