As the Europe West Tax Talent Director, I partner with our key stakeholders and leaders across the Europe West countries to strengthen our Tax and Law market leadership position by driving impactful strategic talent initiatives.Drive and execute the talent agenda for about 9.000 Tax, Law and People Advisory Services professionals in 25 countries. As a Talent Director for the Europe West Tax Region, I take pride in improving our people's experiences by driving best in class leadership development through succession planning, executive learning and upskilling, coaching, partner pipeline development, expanding the scope of strategic career mobility to drive teaming, foster an inclusive environment that embraces our values, encourage focus on wellbeing and create a sense of belonging and trust. I also supported the Europe West Director of Operations and EW Core Business Services Leaders (Finance, Legal, Risk, Market/BD, BMC, Talent, Innovation, Technology and Business Support) and drove talent initiatives for the 4.000 CBS population.

In my role I work closely with the EMEIA Tax Talent Leader and EMEIA Tax leadership on the implementation of our Talent priorities as part of the Tax Talent Agenda. My role is to understand and influence business strategy and workforce requirements, provide advice on strategic Talent matters including: workforce planning, strategic business-led change and translate business needs into Talent priorities. I'm also coaching our High Potential Senior Managers on Partner Track and help people to realize their potential by facilitating courses for our New Managers, or Female Leaders or running Highest Performing Team sessions. I'm representing Global Tax on our D&I initiatives. Targeted population: EMEIA Tax about 25.000 Tax Professionals across EMEIA (Europe, Middle East, India and Africa). At local level, I have an extensive experience of Employee council and Joint Committees.
