I have a role of interface between the customers and the laboratory which requires a double hat: technical knowledge of the tests to be carried out and a customer orientation to satisfy their needs, to know how to guide them. The creation of quotes via the company's software (CRM, specific software for quotes and analyses), are real roadmaps for the laboratory. This position therefore requires a 360° vision: customer needs, analyzes to be implemented, impact of the estimate at the laboratory level and involvement in the sale and the results of the company.
