I focus on two areas that are extremely costly to businesses today and to detrimental to future success: a lack of inclusive leadership and lack of women and minorities in executive roles. When leaders are not inclusive, companies experience an absence of diverse thinking essential for an organisation to succeed. I work with companies to align leadership teams around the opportunity that diversity represents and develop their talent into leaders equipped to guide a 21st-century organisation. To that end, I design bespoke consulting engagements, leadership development programmes and executive coaching. In "The 21st Century Leader" I work with high potential talent to transform into the leaders of the 21st century, specifically developing how to lead a company comprised of the most diverse group of employees of any generation. It answer the question ‘how we can all win’ and be successful in a more diverse business environment, which allows for less resistance and therefore better implementation.In my other signature programme, “Female Executives Leading Change,” women learn how to develop the confidence to lead authentically. This comes from discovering that they have natural strengths based on being female, but also what their weaknesses are, and how to address both areas to ascend to and succeed in senior management.
