• Heading the department of Finished Goods, my department brought in orders of wood, stone, tile, mosaics, terra cotta, and even some fireplace mantels.• My main responsibilities consisted of communication between our designers and manufacturers (overseas and domestic), as well as bringing our clients the highest quality customer service. I also oversaw the CAD design, ordering, finishing, and delivery of products to our residential clients nationwide.• I am most proud of implementing a new scheduling system for my department, within which we could document and track each stage of our 120+ on-going projects in one place. This system included a timer that would turn red any time we were coming close to falling behind on a due date.

• A member of the industrial design and engineering team, Studio PKG, I designed plastic container products for clients worldwide. CCC operates over 60 blow-molding plants nationwide, and also owns one of the nation’s leading recycling companies, Envision Plastics.• My everyday tasks comprised of: meeting with clients, completing market research and user testing, sketching concepts, modeling CAD, 3D printing, meeting with engineers to ensure manufacturability, and sending designs to production.• Within my first three months at CCC, I created a protein powder presentation that won an $8 million contract with GNC. Over the next three years, we worked together to develop my designs through user studies and research. The result was a new square protein powder container that is now sold in every Kroger in North America, under the name TruSource.

- Within the 3D development team, I designed new products for the studio’s home decor line through adopting brand identity and researching current markets.- I also assisted in market and production research, inventory and supply management, product assembly and packaging, quality control, and order fulfillment.
