Elmhurst

In my two years as president of ENNC I channeled my passion for the Elmhurst community into modernizing and elevating the profile of the club. In that time membership grew 50% and increased revenue followed. This enabled the club to fund new and improved fun, educational and social events to match the changing face of the membership and their families. The overhaul of the organization included a name change, a logo redesign, fresh branding and strategic marketing partnerships. The redesign and launch of a new website made it possible to capture new members, membership dues, event registration and fees.

Milwaukee

As the National Sales Manager, I was responsible for managing all national accounts for a cluster of five radio stations. I worked in a collaborative environment with our National Rep Firm, Katz Radio Group, to maximize revenue opportunities and optimize profits through the sale of airtime and customized promotion. I was successful in increasing market share while commanding premium pricing in a highly-competitive marketplace. Saga Communications is a leading radio broadcaster, with more than 90 stations serving about 25 markets in 15 states offering a variety of formats, including sports, talk, and news, as well as several music formats.

Milwaukee

As an Account Executive for WLZR-FM, and subsequently WHQG-FM, I was responsible for generating business through extensive prospecting in a highly competitive market, generating revenue through the negotiated sale of commercial airtime, as well as, developing and selling non-traditional revenue programs.I started in 1993 with just one client billing $1,500 and grew my billing to $2.0 million annually. I over-achieved sales goals an average of 10% annually.
