I am a founding Partner at Adeva Partners, a business we formed to provide premium, highly customised learning solutions and consulting services services in credit, risk and corporate finance to clients in the financial services industry. My extensive and varied training career spans over 20 years. I have designed, developed and delivered a wide range of analytic skills curricula and courses for banks in the UK and EMEA. My particular interest is in credit, corporate finance and facility structuring. My professional life began in banking; I worked at HSBC in the UK (then Midland Bank) and AMRO Bank, in a variety of roles including relationship management, credit and international operations. On leaving banking I became a trainer, joining training company CCR as a Partner where I worked to develop the business. CCR was acquired by Fitch Ratings and from 2002 to 2010 I worked as joint Managing Director of Fitch Training. Our client base and training days have doubled every year since we started and we are delighted to be working in close partnership with a number of the world’s leading international banks, multi-lateral agencies, insurance companies and investors.
