About Anne Delain W. Clark, Mba

Taking the pain out of change, conflict, and human relations. What keeps you awake at night? Can you pin it down? Connection to others is a primary driver of human success and life satisfaction. If that connection is shaky, in doubt, or painful, life can feel wrong. Imagine knowing how to ask, listen, and respond so that each connection feels right. Imagine falling to sleep each night knowing your team has your back!Perception is king. Facts only stand as facts if all parties to communication define them as facts. What if you could shift your understanding of yourself and others to bridge the gap between what you want to convey and what others perceive? Ideological arguments cause standstills and sacrifice shared good for a singular perspective. Instead, through a process of revealing deeper needs and concerns on all sides of an issue, we can find more commonality than difference. As social animals, human beings are driven to connect, rely on each other, and find common goals; it is the foundation of our survival as a species. Conversational Intelligence® creates insight into human compulsions, physiology, needs, and systems and brings us way past just surviving!

Teach Conflict Resolution and Mediation SkillsConflict resolution and mediation recognize two fundamental realities of any creative group effort: that differences in viewpoint are inevitable, and that such differences must be aired openly while exercising restraint in criticizing the views and actions of others. Controversy (conflict) can often lead to new, creative solutions to problems, especially when it occurs in an atmosphere of civility, mediation, and common purpose. This course (using transformative and co-mediation models) is a basic 40 hour mediation course which fulfills the training requirements to be a mediator in most court and government mediation programs. Such programs usually also require a certain number of hours of practice with an experienced mediator.
