Contributed to the design, content, curriculum and materials development, and delivery of a CBI (Content-Based Instruction) Intensive English Language Program for 36 diplomats from Taiwan. English language instruction is integrated with the content of Tourism, Arts & Culture; Finance &Trade; or Green Energy issues. Goals include developing the ability of trainees to use English effectively and appropriately, depending on the context, while developing communicative competence in particular discourse communities.
