I have established and operate the function within the Danish organization. My primary contribution is to define strategic goals and initiatives within ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) for Denmark. I keep the management informed about sustainability trends and advise on strategic objectives and initiatives. I have successfully implemented an Environmental Management System that complies with the ISO 14001 standard, ensuring compliance with relevant environmental laws. I have managed to engage employees in the organization in an agenda that may not necessarily be their own. Additionally, I play a crucial role in reviewing data for ESG reporting for the Danish part of the organization. I have a broad communication role, communicating at all levels of the organization, both in writing and orally, through various communication channels. I am highly effective in advising on sustainability and work on developing and implementing competence development of sustainability knowledge for all levels in the organization – from janitor to management. A significant part of my duties involves coordinating and documenting various activities, including being hands-on, and following up on and reporting progress to various stakeholders.

My task involved translating the quality management system into practical and operational processes and procedures that all employees could understand and see the relevance of in relation to their tasks and goals. Communication across all levels in the organization, conducting internal audits, as well as launching improvement initiatives and follow-up, were all key elements of my work. A significant part of my tasks also involved managing the change process in an organization with approximately 800 employees.

I led the implementation project for compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) for the Danish part of CGI. This involved understanding the requirements in an area that might not have been my primary expertise and being able to effectively communicate these requirements and develop procedure descriptions for both the business and the finance department. My responsibilities also included participating in internal audits across the group and working with business units to assess different controls in terms of SOX compliance. Additionally, a significant part of my task involved improving and harmonizing the business's work procedures in relation to SOX compliance.

I was project manager for the development of our product in the utility business. In my role as a project manager for CGI's IT solution for electricity suppliers, I led the IT development and releases of the system. I placed special emphasis on improving the quality of work to ensure that deliveries met expectations. My team consisted of 5-10 people working from 2-3 different offices. My efforts resulted in a level of quality that enabled the team to deliver the system on time and with the desired quality in every delivery.

I served as a personnel manager for a development team consisting of 8 people. In this role, I gained experience and success in personnel management.
