Through my time working in Talent and Leadership Management I was exposed to the core business of Nordea as well as the Centre of Excellence within Talent Management, enabling me to gain insights into how Nordea drives the people agenda in an international company. In my role I supported the Head of Wholesale Banking Talent & Leadership and the Wholesale Banking HR Business Partners in driving the Leadership & Talent agenda. I had the operational responsibility of the development offerings and acted as a support function on various assignments within the HR scope. My key responsibilities included:• Driving and maintaining relationships with internal and external training providers• Ensuring that Talent Development activities were communicated and executed across Wholesale Banking• Focused on the utilization of human capital data by maintaining the HR talent database as well as collecting CV’s on key talents to facilitate talent development and deployment• Helped plan and organize a new talent programme for young professionals in C&IB, Markets FICC and Equities in Denmark • Assisted with preparing communication material for upper management• Supported the WB Graduate recruitments together with planning and facilitating the annual WB Graduate seminar• Project lead on improving the training administration process by outsourcing all administrative tasks to Nordea’s resource centre in Poland.
