Designed and facilitated key L&D trainings for: employee onboarding, management & core values, hiring manager & interviewers, internal mobility, and diversity and inclusion. Hit hiring target against financial plan YOY, standardized and improved recruiting processes to result in consistent quality hires, free from bias, with company values incorporated. Delivered a consistent quality candidate and hiring manager experience with key metrics to measure success. Developed an employer brand campaign to deliver material improvement in a set of collective sites. Delivered on an expanded college/new grad program, and developed a new internal mobility program.
