• Initiated curricula updates for instructor-led programs and field training, resulting in current and accurate training sessions for over 500 new franchisees
• Led train-the-trainer workshops for over 40 regional trainers, ensuring well-prepared trainers at a local level, received participant evaluations of 4.7 out of 5 for training experience
• Migrated training collateral and decades of training records to Cornerstone OnDemand’s Learning System from SAP SuccessFactors, audited for accuracy using reporting and excel

• Onboarded new franchisees with instructor-led training of store operations, financial analysis, marketing, branding, and technical training including Adobe Creative Cloud, QuickBooks, Point of Sale, and EFI Fiery.
• Created a sales training program with a cross-functional team including short videos, evaluation tools, and incentives
• Wrote and delivered a sales training workshop for the The UPS Store National Convention, awarded the highest-attended workshop of sixteen tracks
• Administered SuccessFactors learning management system, provided technical support for functionality, training registration, and system access to over 20,000 users via email, phone, and screen-sharing software
