I am responsible for the HR strategy for the various segments of RPM (Tremco CPG, Consumer Group, Performance Coatings Group, and Specialty Products Group) in the Netherlands and the Nordics. My focus is on developing, harmonizing, and implementing HR policies aligned with the (individual) business objectives and RPM's overarching Growth & Strategy program.A key part of my role is optimizing collaboration between the HR departments of different RPM companies in my region, including the Global Service Center. In this capacity, I lead the local HR/Payroll teams.

As a Learning & Development Specialist, I am responsible for developing, implementing, and executing training and development programs within the European RPM organization, both as a program manager and trainer. Additionally, I am involved in various HR projects such as diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI), sustainability, and employee well-being.

Business partner for the locations in the Benelux and Nordics regions, focusing on business development, HR tools, labor conditions, and ultimately responsible for the execution of operational HR tasks by local HR and payroll staff.Member of the Site Management Team for the locations in Arkel (NL) and Tielt (BE).

After the acquisition of the organization (formerly a German family business) by the American publicly traded multinational RPM Inc. in 2006, I became responsible for adapting the HR and payroll processes to the standards of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) regulations.My tasks further included the development, implementation, and execution of HR policies, HR tools, and HRIS digitalization for the locations in the Benelux. Other responsibilities included the labor conditions policy, the competency management system, coordination of recruitment & selection, legal matters, and facilitating various change processes. Additionally, I was a consultation partner for pension and employee insurance matters.
