About Anne Jacoby

I’m on a mission to cultivate creativity at work. After an early career in the performing arts, I caught the entrepreneurial bug and joined a startup, helping scale it from 7 people to 1000s and from 1 office to 19 locations worldwide. There, I managed a P&L, built processes and teams, improved sales strategy + operations, and advised Chief Legal Officers on law department effectiveness. I later moved to a global consulting firm and helped stand up its Learning, Development, and Culture group, activate a new corporate brand, and inspire leaders around the globe.
