Remit was to rebuild both the team and the flagship Thoughtworks Global Leadership Development program for scale, to be fully remote, and around the newly created set of leadership expectations and company vision.- Designed a custom-built program with a focus on first-time and first-line managers to enhance core leadership skills, behaviors, and deepen participants' knowledge of the organization's business, leadership expectations, and values. - Oversaw the delivery of two year long experiences, each one serving 120 participants from 18 countries and various internal functions.- Facilitated the training and matching of 95 internal coaches to provide 1:1 coaching to participants. Collaborated with 42 subject matter experts to deliver weekly 2 hour workshops, resulting in 233 hours of highly-rated learning over the year, with an average rating of 4.5/5 in terms of usefulness.- Partnership with leaders of participants to ensure that development closely contributed to the leadership pipeline and succession planning.- Defined program measures and data collection to monitor outcomes and make data-informed decisions for continuous improvement.- Conducted monthly steering meetings with global executive team members, including the Chief Technology Officer, Chief Talent and Operations Officer, and Managing Directors.- Achieved a low attrition rate of 14% six months after the 2020 program and saw a 90% increase in cohort members' perceived leadership impact.- Received high program ratings and respect within the organization, with 96% of participants reporting a deeper understanding of leadership expectations and 91% gaining a better understanding of the business.Outside of the program, I facilitated Gallup Clifton Strengths-based individual and team development for two leadership teams, enabling them to leverage their strengths effectively for achieving business goals.
