With a solid foundation built over 14 years in education, I’m now working toward a fulfilling career in Learning and Development. Currently pursuing a master’s in Training and Development, I’m enthusiastic about applying my expertise in curriculum design, collaborative learning, and adaptability to drive employee growth and organizational impact.Throughout my teaching career, I’ve created engaging, learner-centered environments that encourage growth and confidence.
